One in four pregnancies or birth, meaning you will know someone who has been through baby loss in our lives. Having been through miscarriages I know some people can’t find the right words to support someone through baby loss, but there is so much support out there. Here is my list of places to find support when faced with baby loss:

Supports anyone who has been affected by the death of a baby before, during or shortly after birth. They offer emotional support and information for parents, grandparents, siblings, children, families and friends, health professionals and others.
